Set right on the water in Rethymno, our table follows the rhythm of the Cretan–Mediterranean diet a nutritional standard recognised the world over, and our idea of how seafood should be eaten: simply, and the same day it's caught.
Each morning begins with what the boats bring in. The menu is written around that, not the other way around grilled, cured, or barely touched, so the fish tastes like where it came from.
Alongside our classic seafood dishes, we also feature a dedicated sushi section, bringing together the finest Aegean fish with the art of Japanese preparation.
